Please note that our shipping process is organized in batches on predetermined dates. We collect orders over a period of 10 days, after which all orders are shipped together on a specified shipping date. This date is clearly indicated on our website and marks the start of shipping for the current batch.
Important:
Bank transfer payments usually take 6 to 7 business days to process. Therefore, to ensure your order ships with the current batch, please submit your order and complete payment within the first 3 days after the batch opens. This allows us enough time to verify payment and prepare your shipment.
If payment is delayed and not confirmed in time, your order will automatically be deferred to the next batch. You will receive a notification in your account informing you of this change.

We accept payments via bank transfer and cryptocurrencies. Bank transfers take up to 7 business days to process, while cryptocurrency payments are typically processed within an hour.

If you request a refund in cryptocurrency, the refund amount will be calculated according to the current USD exchange rate at the time of refund.

We provide a 365-day warranty starting from the shipping date.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from Kaspa Miner.
Any modification or alteration of the device’s functions will void the warranty.
If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it and cover the shipping costs to your country.
